Rolling your ankle

Every little exercise you can try will help you understand how your ski work under you and improve your skills to make them work. Every times I hit the slope I try to find a way to improve myself, to feel more comfortable, spend less energy and get better result. This exercise make me developed the ability to balance on my edges. I can use the fact that I know how my skis will react under me to push my limit and increase the angle of skis on the snow.
